Shipping Policy
- 01We do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, free of odor with tags attached or your exchange may not be accepted.
- 02To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the process.
- 03Items must be in unused and unworn condition, free from odor with all tags attached to be eligible for exchange.
- 04Exchanges are free of charge within the 14-day window. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- 05Once we receive your returned item, exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
- 06Yes, you can exchange for a different item or size, subject to availability.
- 07If the desired item is out of stock, we will provide alternatives or issue a store credit.
- 08If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 7 days. Send photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
- 09Unfortunately, we are unable to combine separate orders into one shipment. Each order will be shipped individually.
